Please let me know the frequency to use this. Is it to be used everyday? leave overnight?

Our INTENSE HERBS HAIR OIL is to be used atleast thrice a week , apply on scalp and then on the length of hair. It needs to be left overnight to get best results. It can be used everyday also.
